Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products.s will only be issued in the event of an error on our part. If you have any questions regarding returns, please reach out to us at orders@wecraftcreatives.com.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so can address the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping Policy

Once your payment is received, your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. For bulk orders, processing may take 10-15 business days. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, and you will receive a tracking number via email once it’s on its way.
